Good experience so far. Very fast delivery as compared to others in the market. Waiting for mega sale.

I returned one product because of the size issue which failed their quality check. According to them, they reshipped the product but it never reached me. They keep on reinvestigating the issue. The strange thing is they don't have any tracking id of the courier service to find out where it has reached. I have lost my money & the product is also gone. They have no helping attitude & I paid for their carelessness. Then they say we are their icon members, the myntra insiders. I am definitely going to restrict myself from ordering through myntra because of their doubtful credibility.

It's my first purchase through Myntra.i would like to inform your kind notice that I had received my item by opened cover.Very sad to get such a new item without sealed. I supposed to receive the item without open. Kindly check from side and let us know.

I wish there was an option of a negative star as Myntra did a fraud with me.

Against order ID (214624 39429864122501) I had returned the products ( two sets of same product ( Cortina 6-chairs covers) came in two packets but packed in a single shipment (box). I have complained twice to Myntra to refund my money: complaint numbers are 22091316291070460137 and
IN22091422131625357197.

But Myntra has refunded only for one set and not for the other.

Earlier - On the App it was showing that one refund is under process and for the second one it was showing refund on hold due to quality check. I explained that your return pick up guy was fully satisfied and had picked up both the sets so the problem is not at my end.

Strangely the status of the products has also changed now. On the App it is now showing that one refund processed successfully and one product as delivered!

They sneakily changed status to delivered from ‘refund under process’.

So first they held one of my refunds on hold saying it has failed quality check. Now suddenly they have refunded for only 1 packet and for the other one the status is showing delivered (which is wrong because it was returned). So now I neither have the product nor the money.

Myntra I want my money back please as you already have your products back with you!

I had ordered a tommy wallet ( worth 3600 ).the delivery guy had marked it as delivered but when I tried to connect with him he clearly refused to pick up my call which raised further suspicion.
I had opened a ticket which is not resolved and the customer care guys keep on telling that they are investigating .
Long story short : Always go for COD when the value of the product is high which ensures that you will get your product delivered.

i placed order and it does not reflect in my history of my orders. after continuous 10 days of follow-up the customer car are such dump just simply say in words that they understood everything! But no use!

Called at least 10 times to customer care operator for one issue but still repeating same every time , they don’t have any backend team to work on customer’s problem

Worst Service!!! I ordered dresses for my family, that too for our festival. It was promised to be delivered by Sep 6 and now I got the notification that it will be delivered on Sep 11. Our regional festival is on Sep 8 and I will get the products after all these.

The funniest thing is the product has reached Myntra hub in our area, but they do not have delivery partner to distribute. I tried to connect with them and getting robotic responses. Such a reputed form does not have an alternate option for customer satisfaction.

I have ordered a top for 1600 Rs and asked for the return.the delivery person came to pick up the item but money was never refunded. Beware of this online clothing site Myntra.com…the are fake and scam

Myntra is bad .. they send wrong size and later reject return and refund claim91312-49164

they delivered small size so processed a return because they delivered a wrong size the return was put on hold saying the item was damaged and later declined. We didnt touch the product as it was wrong size and processed for return and refund next day. How is it then damaged ? if damaged then you send me damaged product. Myntra is bad and dont keep promises. Bad experience
